Time to Get Up!

Couch to 5K is Back Again!

If you’ve always wanted to run, but don’t know how to start, now is your chance! The program starts slowly, three times a week, and works up to a 5K. We will start you off on April 27 and meet on Saturdays at 9:45am for 10 weeks.

No charge for the training!
