I-95 Northbound & Southbound: Exit 39B to Route 1 North/Boston Post Road.  At light for Westfield Shopping Center, turn left onto Cedarhurst Lane. (Burger King is on corner). Follow to end; turn right onto Orange Avenue. YMCA is ¾ mile on right, across from Platt Technical High School.

Merritt Parkway Northbound & Southbound: Exit 56, route 121/Grassy Hill Road.  Turn right at bottom of ramp.  Go approximately 2.8 miles to Woodruff Avenue. Turn left onto Woodruff Avenue; right onto Orange Avenue. YMCA is on the left.
