Create an account and Register on ytraak.org/ccc – choose your goal 600 cardio/140 strength; 1200 cardio/400 strength; or 2400 cardio/600 strength minutes. Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation number and login instructions. Cardio goals are based on the American Heart Association’s recommendation of at least 150 minutes of cardio exercise per week. Strength goals are based on the American College of Sports Medicine’s recommendation of 20-60 minutes per day, 2-3 days per week.

Balance & Flex Together will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and the core. Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, the workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. A supportive environment to promote friendship and group exercise
For many the thought of starting a group exercise program is intimidating. The Woodruff Family Y has a program called New Beginnings to encourage individuals to make new friends, become part of a group, and learn to incorporate exercise into their lifestyle.
101 Classes: These 30 minute entry level classes will be small in size. Basic exercises and equipment will be introduced. Free for members! Check out our Group X Schedule located on our Schedules page for specific days and times.
Whether you are 15 or 75, an experienced or beginning exerciser, personal training can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers will help develop an individualized program that is perfect for you and will support you with expert knowledge, coaching and motivation to help you look, feel and live better.
Registration: Personal Training sessions for Y Facility Members only; are sold in one hour increments and are scheduled between members and trainers. To schedule your training & more information please call the Y.

Boot camp will promise an intense workout that incorporates body weight strength training using the TRX Suspension Training, kettle bells and weights. Paired with short bursts of high intensity cardio that will strengthen and tone all major muscle groups.

An instructor-led class takes place on an ultra-smooth stationary bike. You are taken on a mental and physical journey that urges you on to new levels of strength and endurance. The combination of music, motivation and your fellow riders makes this class unique and results oriented. A water bottle and towel are strongly recommended.
This is a program for 10 and 11 year olds that consists of one 1-hour appointment with a Fit Trainer. They will teach the youth how to safely and effectively use the cardiovascular equipment and body weight/core training. Upon completion the youth will be able to use the cardio equipment when accompanied by an adult. Note: Depending on the youths height they may not safely fit on some of the equipment. The trainer will determine this.
Orientations designed for youth 12 and 13 years old with a parent/guardian. A Fit Trainer will instruct participants on how to safely and effectively use the Cardio & specified strength equipment. Upon completion of the four sessions, the youth will be allowed to use the fitness center when accompanied by the adult.
