Child Care

The Best Summer Ever!

Summer Day Camp

Summer is an ideal time for children to get out and explore.  A chance to enjoy recreational and educational activities that help them learn, grow and thrive. Do you remember your best summer ever? Was your best summer a combination of exploration, activity, education, friends and fun? For families looking to keep their children’s minds and bodies active, the Y can  give them an adventurous, active and healthy summer.

Camp Parrot Perch provides children and teens a safe place to have fun, explore the outdoors, reconnect with old friends and meet new friends. Our campers engage in sharing, are taught about sportsmanship and most importantly, they learn about themselves. Our experienced camp staff will help  your child discover their full potential.

At Camp Parrot Perch, your child will have The Best Summer Ever, in a safe and fun environment. They will have opportunities to swim, participate in arts & crafts, indoor rainy day games, activities, and outdoor fun. Ask any of our camp alumni how to play Duck Duck Splash or Gaga Ball, watch their faces light up.

Participants in our CIT Program learn and develop leadership skills, act as peer role models for younger campers, and have the opportunity to share their talents with the entire camp community.  It’s a great experience that will prepare young teens for future work and leadership opportunities!

To learn more about Summer Camp please review our Summer Camp Brochure or call the Y.

To register, please fill out the documents and bring them to the Y! 2018 Summer Day Camp Registration Packet  If your child will require special assistance or medicine while at camp, these forms may also be required: Individual Care Plan_Medicine Authorization
