Child Care
NAEYC Accredited Preschool Program
Ages: 3-4 years
Our preschool program uses the CT Preschool Curriculum and Assessment Framework. Our preschool provides a wide variety of opportunities for each child to explore and learn in a safe and nurturing environment designed to meet each child’s individual need.
Activities include:
- Center based learning
- Indoor/outdoor movement
- Arts and crafts
- Science
- Field trips
- Story time
- Computers
- Music and movement
- Circle time with Preschool learning and Kindergarten readiness
To be enrolled, children must be three years of age by December 31, 2012, and must be fully toilet trained.

Extended AM Preschool:
7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. $20.00/week
Half Day Preschool:
9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. $80.00/week
Full Day Preschool:
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. $150.00/week
Extended PM Preschool:
3:00 – 6:00 p.m. $20.00/week
Care 4 Kids helps low to moderate income families in Connecticut pay for child care costs. This program is sponsored by the State of Connecticut’s Department of Social Services (also called DSS).

School Age Before/After School Program
Register now for the 2012-2013 School Year!
Comprehensive State Certified After School Program for youth in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Your child will benefit through homework help, arts and crafts, computer lab, healthy snacks, physical activity, games, swimming, and much more.
The YMCA offers Before and After School Child Care for students who attend Stratford Academy, Nichols, Wilcoxson, Eli Whitney, Franklin, Second Hill Lane and Chapel Street Elementary Schools.

Before School Care
Time:
6:45 am until the start of the school day
Cost:
$205 per month
After School Care
The program also provides care on regularly scheduled half days, too.
Time:
Dismissal until 6:00pm.

$270.00 per month

Vacation Fun Club
Ages: 5-12 years
Enjoy your days off from school at our Vacation Fun Club! Children should bring a peanut free lunch and appropriate clothing, including a bathing suit and towel.
Time:
7:45 am – 5:45 pm
Cost:
Members: $35 per day
Community Members: $55 per day
