Our 8 week training program will get you ready, toughen you up, and push you in ways you have never thought possible. Once, twice, or three times a week, at our Camp and Outdoor Center, you’ll learn to run, flip tires, climb walls and pull weights in preparation of your first Spartan Race or Tough Mudder, or just because you want the challenge. You choose how many days a week.
When: Wednesdays, Fridays 9:30-10:30am, and/or Saturdays 8:15-9:15am. Beginning October 25

Fees: $60 per class for Facility members / $120 for Community Members for 8 weeks. Child watch available on site Wednesdays and Fridays, $40 for 8 weeks. Race Fees not included.
Cycle Together is a huge calorie burner. It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish. Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of interval training.

Running Group Wednesdays at 9:15am. All levels welcome – 30-45 minute run outside on the beautiful trails. Leave the kids in Child Watch and go for it.
Balance & Flex Together will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and the core. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, the workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.
