Looking to maintain your basketball skills during the colder months? The pick-up basketball program at the Lakewood-Trumbull YMCA may be your ticket! Bring your friends and create your own team or join an existing team. Organized games will be held on our half-court with teams of three, rotating play.

Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, the workout combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.
