Over 20 group exercise classes are available each week that include: Zumba (Beginner & Advanced), Pilates, Yoga, Cardio & Sculpt, Walk & Run Clubs, and so much more!  Check out the monthly exercise schedule for more information.

Personal Training

Whether you are 15 or 75, an experienced or beginning exerciser, personal training can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our NASM certified personal trainers will help develop an individualized program that is perfect for you and will support you with expert knowledge, coaching and motivation to help you look, feel and live better.
