The Hamden/North Haven YMCA is comprised of our main branch located at 1605 Sherman Avenue in Hamden, Connecticut and our outdoor center, Camp Mountain Laurel located on Downes Road also in Hamden.

Our main branch facilities include a 4 lane/25 yard competition swimming pool, a cardiovascular training center, a LifeFitness strength training center, a free-weight training center, a community multi-purpose room, Child Watch, a recreation/game room space and three locker rooms. Our Adult Locker Room also features massage, sauna and steam rooms.

Camp Mountain Laurel Outdoor Center serves as home base for our summer day camp from late June to the end of August, but is also available for our members to utilize during scheduled events from spring to fall. Facilities there include two swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, an archery range, playing fields, a climbing wall and high- and low-ropes courses, and immediate access to state forest lands for day hiking.

The Hamden/North Haven YMCA has a wide variety of programs for children, teens and adults. Everything from after school child care, swim lessons, competitive swimming, health and fitness programs to youth sports and summer day camps. The list goes on and on!
