Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. TRX is the newest way to get your body in the best shape of your life. TRX is a suspension training system that combats your body, challenging your strength, power, balance and flexibility. TRX training is offered through personal training, small group workouts and/or classes. Refer to our Group Exercise Schedule on the Schedule page of our web site for specific days and times.
Small group specialized workouts can provide members with the opportunity to workout with
personalized attention with friends or make new ones. Small group training is a fun, cost
effective option for reaching your optimum goals with the guidance of a certified
specialty Health and Wellness Instructor.

Work one on one with a Fairfield YMCA Personal Trainer. Whether it is performance or health related, the Fairfield Y’s trainers can design the right training program for you to optimize your health and reach your wellness goals. All Fairfield YMCA Personal Training staff are professionals who are fully certified through nationally recognized organizations and several staff have MA’s in Kinesiology and Physiology or Athletic Training.
