The Hamden North Haven YMCA Aquatic Department provides several outstanding programs to benefit the Hamden, North Haven, Bethany and surrounding communities. These growing programs include: swim lessons for all ages (parent and child, pre-school, school-age, and adult), a competitive swim team program (5 – 18 years of age), USS affiliated Master’s swim team, lifeguard training and certification, and water-fitness.
Our goal with these programs is to truly go above and beyond for the Hamden/North Haven YMCA communities, and provide everyone with a memorable and exciting aquatic experience!
