YMCA Camp Mountain Laurel
We strongly believe that every child needs a safe and fun outdoor experience each and every day. Our summer camp programs are designed to provide an outdoor environment where each child can learn and grow through a wide variety of exciting activities that promote growth and friendship. To this end we maintain a strong commitment to building character in youth through our four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
The summer of 2010 will provide many of the traditional camp experiences that our campers have come to know and love. This year we are also offering a wide variety of special interest camp experiences that will allow you to deisgn the camp experience that will meet your young camper’s every need and interest. No matter what you choose, though, each of our one- and two-week camp programs will be designed with the goal of helping your child grow, develop new skills, make new friends, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Summer Fun Club
During the summer have your young child (ages 3 – 5) enjoy your YMCA with the YMCA Summer Fun Club! The kids will have fun throughout the morning as they participate in circle time, games, crafts, swimming and even a healthy snack. The kids will end their day with quiet story time before heading home with you to share the story of their great day with friends at the YMCA.
Sign up your children beginning February 1 for our Summer Fun Club weeks beginning Monday June 28. SFC will meet at the Hamden/North Haven YMCA branch at 1605 Sherman Avenue, Hamden.
Program Fee: YMCA Facility Member: $75 per week; Non-Members $125 per week
