In our After School programs we offer the kids some time to do their homework, unwind, relax, and have some fun.  We offer After School programming for all children in the Hamden and North Haven elementary schools.

Spring Glen Elementary

North Haven School Age Child Care sites:
Clintonville Elementary (also serving Montowese School)

YMCA VACATION FUN CLUB

Looking for somewhere fun and exciting for your child to spend school vacation?  Well, look no further.  The YMCA is pleased to offer a program for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade.  Our program offers a variety of field trips, games, sports, arts-n-crafts, songs, swimming and much, much more!
Time:               7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Where:            Hamden/North Haven YMCA
Fees:               $35 per day for Facility Members, $45 per day for Community Members
(fees may be higher for special event trips – please see schedule for exact fees)

YMCA SNOW DAY PROGRAM

If Hamden public schools are closed children, enrolled in Before and After school programs may attend the full day snow program from 7:30 am – 6 pm.  Snow Day Program fees are paid in $75.00 packages (3 days) in advance only.  Parents would need to provide transportation to the site.  Children need to bring a lunch, snacks, and a drink.  If conditions warrant an early closing, we will attempt to notify parents and information will be provided to WELI Storm Center 960 AM.

FULL DAY
Time:               7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Where:            Hamden/North Haven YMCA
Fees:               $75 for 3 days
