Adult Fitness Programs
The CCC YMCA is committed to supporting all adults and communities in their pursuit of well-being in spirit, mind and body. We offer a wide variety of programs from swimming lessons to aerobics and recreational sports leagues to personal training to help our members stay active and healthy. Our YMCAs are also a part of Pioneering Healthier Communities, a project that engages key community stakeholders to develop strategies that reduce barriers and increase support for healthy living in local communities.
