From Merritt Parkway (15) North and Southbound

Take exit 60 for Dixwell Avenue.

Turn Left at the bottom of Ramp. Be in Left
Lane.

Dixwell Avenue will fork off to the right,
continue straight through the Light on to Shepard Avenue (Gulf
Station at this corner).

At the 4th stop light (corner of Sherman Avenue
and Shepard Avenue) turn Left.

YMCA is on the Right.

From I-91 North and Southbound
-
Take exit 10 (Hamden/Cheshire) and follow to the
end and bear right on to Whitney Avenue (Route 10).

At 3rd stop light (Corner of Sherman Avenue and
Whitney Avenue) turn Left.

Follow for approximately 2 miles to STOP SIGN and
turn Right. (this will keep you on Sherman Avenue)

Proceed through stop light and the .YMCA is on
the Right.
