STRONGER BY SUMMER
Join us for a 10-week challenge and be the best you by summer! You’ll get strength workouts that will help you exercise regularly, coaching to reboot your eating habits, and learn how to make healthier decisions even in your down-time. This is a team challenge, register as a free agent or as a team of four. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the competition and each participant will receive a t-shirt. Weekly challenges will push you to change your habits and improve your health. For ages 12 and up.
