New Goals, New You
Twelve weeks designed to help you attain your goals for better health, less stress, to lose weight, get more fit, make friends, feel better! Together, with a group, everyone is stronger. Program Includes:
- Weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 7:00pm, starting June 5
- Regular sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as special exercise classes just for the group.
Fee: $105 per member / $210 for Community Members
