- Workout and Nutrition Journal
- A free 30-min personal training session per week (a $520 value!)
- Nutritional Counseling
- Weekly Tips and Goals and Challenges
- Weekly Meetings and weigh-ins on Mondays at 6:15pm
- Exercise Recommendations and Guidelines
- Prizes to the participants with the two highest percentages of weight loss
Fee: $175 per member / $350 for Community Members
