12 Week Healthy Lifestyle Course Starting May 7

Are you ready to make a splash into the summer? Want to feel better? Then this program is for you! Join the 12 Week Healthy Lifestyle course! Each week we will meet for a classroom based learning objective where we will teach you healthy eating habits and exercise goals to help you maintain your progress for the end of the year. You will also receive a thirty minute personal training session once per week and a small group training class each week, as well. Learn how to keep working towards your healthy lifestyle goals with a fun, supportive group of like-minded people in a comfortable setting.

  • Workout and Nutrition Journal
  • A free 30-min personal training session per week (a $430 value!)
