The Best Summer Ever!
Summer is an ideal time for children to get out and explore. A chance to enjoy recreational and educational activities that help them learn, grow and thrive. Do you remember your best summer ever? Was your best summer a combination of exploration, activity, education, friends and fun? For families looking to keep their children’s minds and bodies active, the Y can give them an adventurous, active and healthy summer.
We are committed to helping your child have The Best Summer Ever. At Camp Nonoma, there is something for every interest and for all children ages 3-15. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of activities that keep campers engaged, busy, and active throughout the day. Each activity period is 35 minutes long giving campers plenty of time to enjoy multiple activities every day. Campers are encouraged to try new activities and learn new skills including: Swimming, Sports, 2 Gaga Pits, Group Games, Nature, Songs/Skits, Reading Games, Zip Line and the Low Ropes Course.
We believe that all children should know how to be safe in and around the water so we offer free swim lessons twice a week for our campers grades Pre-K through 1 and for a minimal fee for our older campers. Pre-K– Grade 3 also get a special event every week, while Grades 4-9 get to attend at least one field trip per week! Grades 2-9 also get to partake in archery, zip-lining and use our ropes course! This summer, we hope to add some really fun activities for our campers to enjoy, including: a new high and low ropes element and a brand new basketball court and indoor 3 story high indoor play scape for our campers to play on! We can’t wait for you to join us!
