A 3 Month Healthy Living Program

A 12 week contest designed to help you achieve your goals in a fun, competitive and supportive environment.

Program Includes:

  • Workout and Nutrition Journal
  • A free 30-min personal training session per week (a $520 value!)
  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Weekly Tips and Goals and Challenges
  • Weekly Meetings and weigh-ins on Mondays at 6:15pm
  • Exercise Recommendations and Guidelines
  • Prizes to the participants with the two highest percentages of weight loss

Fee: $175  per member / $350 for Community Members

Start Date: Monday January 8 at 6:15pm
