DANCE CONDITIONING AT THE Y
Our Dance Conditioning class is a fun way to build stamina, strength and flexibility. Dancers will learn balance and train along with others to strengthen their bodies in a motivating and fun environment. This class is great for the new or experienced dancer, or any child looking to get into some fun cardio to their favorite tunes! Ages 10 & Up (Non-Performing Program)
WHEN: Wednesdays 5:20pm – 6:20pm
FEES: Facility Member/Community Member $85/$170
