Personal Training

Whether you are 15 or 75, an experienced or beginning exerciser, personal training can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers will help develop an individualized program that is perfect for you and will support you with expert knowledge, coaching and motivation to help you look, feel and live better.

Registration: Personal Training sessions for Y Facility Members only; are sold in one hour increments and are scheduled between members and trainers.  To schedule your training & more information please call the Y.

Programs:

  • After the first 1 hour initial training, each session can be divided into 30-minutes sessions.
    2 hours: $86 / 4 hours: $160
  • Basic Training Package: $240 initial or $225 renewal. Five one hour workout sessions, recommended for those already on a fitness based program, who need a “tune up”. Also included is one nutritional consultation.
  • Deluxe Training Package: $450 initial/ $425 renewal. Ten one hour workout sessions and two nutrition sessions. We will get you started on a fitness plan and provide nutritional guidance for you throughout your ten sessions.
  • Fitness Planning: $70.  You will receive thirty minutes of fitness testing and assessment along with thirty minutes discussing your results and creating a plan. You will walk away with your very own fitness road map or best course of action based on your assessment results.
  • Group training also available.
